The reason for this is that the Publishing and Copyright information don’t have a correctly formatted year in their fields.
You can remedy this from inside your Soundrop account, here's how:
-Find the Title affected (by searching if necessary)
-Select Title and choose Actions - Modify
-Scroll down and under (P) Copyright and re-format that field as (Year) Name. For example (2016) John Doe
-Click Next in bottom right hand corner
-If it's a single, you'll also have to change the (P) for the track (click the track title and then change it in Advanced Info
-Click Next until you reach approve.
-Make sure to review & save. This will take you to the delivery page.
-If the store/partner is in any tab other than "Live", it's in the process of delivery. (meaning, there are normal steps of the process to complete before it's delivered)
-If the store/partner is in the "Live" tab, you can queue it for redelivery by hovering over the partner line and clicking the "Actions" drop down
-Click "Update Metadata only" (if you've made any changes to the release's metadata, those will be delivered through this action"
-in the dialog window, type "update" in the text field and click the blue "send updates" button
Our inspectors will take another look at it, and then it will be sent to our partners again. Please allow 3-5 days for redelivery!
