The error "I can't get no satisfaction!" is a general error message, but usually it's related to a few different bugs. Generally speaking it's this one:
The filenames of the audio or artwork that's uploaded contain quotation marks & other special characters. Please rename the file before resubmitting and it should fix the error.
If you find that it still won't save, you may always try creating tracks individually.
After the tracks have been created, click "Albums" and then create a new album again. Provided the artist name on the album matches the artist name on the track, it will be available to add.
This is especially helpful if you have a large album, as it could be a potentially huge time saver. It would be unfortunate to go through a signup for 40 tracks only to not have it not save.
