Did you receive a message saying your account is locked? We need to lock accounts on occasion for a variety of reasons. It may be that we simply need to talk to you about an issue and can't accept submissions until you get in touch with us!
In order to understand and resolve any issues that caused your account to be locked, here are some steps you can take:
1.) Look for an Email from our Content Approval Team
If you resubmit your release multiple times without making the required changes, our content approval team will put a temporary lock of your account. Please submit a request. Select "General Support" and choose "Unlock my account" from the drop-down menu. We can help you to understand the issue, how it needs to be resolved, and unlock your account in order to make the update(s).
2.) Read Through our Usage Guidelines
Make sure your account(s) and releases are not in violation of our usage guidelines and review any emails that you received from Soundrop for further clarification and instructions for reaching out.
3.) Something Else?
Did you try logging in and find that your account is locked? Please submit a request. Select "General Support" and choose "Unlock my account" from the drop-down menu. This will send a ticket to our artist services team and they can point you in the right direction.
