It's very likely that the checkbox for "Prevent this page from creating additional dialogs" has been checked. It's important that Soundrop is allowed to create dialog boxes, as they contain messages that are crucial to moving albums forward. If you find that you had checked this box, you'll just want to close your browser and then open it back up. It should start creating those dialog boxes again.
