If you’re having trouble logging in to Soundrop, try the troubleshooting steps below.
I forgot my password
If you don’t remember your password:
- Go to the Soundrop login page.
- Select Forgot password.
- Enter the email address associated with your Soundrop account.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email.
If you don’t receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
I see “You are not authorized to access this resource”
If you see a message saying “You are not authorized to access this resource,” your account is still active.
Try these steps:
- Confirm that you’re using the correct password. If you’re unsure, use Forgot password to reset it.
- Clear your browser’s cache.
- Return to Soundrop and try logging in again.
- Complete the Verify you are not a robot check if prompted.
I still can’t log in
If you’ve reset your password and completed the troubleshooting steps above but still can’t access your account, contact Soundrop Support.
When contacting us, include:
- the email address associated with your Soundrop account;
- the error message you see, if applicable; and
- a description of what happens when you try to log in.
Do not send your password to Soundrop Support.
Has Soundrop told you that your account is locked?
An account lock is different from a login or password problem. If Soundrop has notified you that your account is locked, see Why is my Soundrop account locked? for information about what to do next.
