You can cancel your title from within your account. It's called "Takedown". 

You can remove ALL PARTNERS in bulk or you can cancel your title from just ONE partner, or cancel from a FEW partners, not all. The instructions will vary depending on which scenario you need. But these will all remain the same.

To cancel/takedown a title

• Log into your Soundrop account
• Locate the title you wish to cancel under "My Music"
• Click the Distribution tab
• Click on the grey little arrow on the left-hand side, and select "Takedown". 

To Cancel/Takedown ALL

• Click on the little grey arrow next to "Bulk Actions" and select "Send takedown to all delivered"

You will see a message like below: 

• Type "Takedown" in the box, then click "Issue Takedown."

IMPORTANT: Read the message in the text box carefully! This action is irreversible. If you are cancelling (taking down) because you need to make a specific update that is not on the approval list, you will need to create a brand-new release and get a new UPC! 

Your release will move to the status “Takedown in Progress” within the distribution tab. Keep in mind it can take up to 30 days for your release to be removed from the stores you selected. Once the takedown is complete, the status will update to "Taken Down."
