If your release shows as Locked, it means some or all changes to the release are currently restricted. What you can do next depends on the release's distribution status.
My release is Pending Approval
If you've submitted your release and it is Pending Approval, it is waiting for Soundrop to review it.
You can still make changes while your release is waiting for review:
- Go to My Music.
- Select the release.
- Open the Actions menu.
- Select Modify.
- Make your changes.
- Go to Review & Save and save your changes.
Soundrop will review the updated release as part of the approval process.
My release is In Progress or Delivered
Once your release is In Progress or Delivered, the changes you can make may be limited.
Some information can be updated after distribution, while other changes may require you to take down the existing release and create a new one.
My release has been taken down
If you've completed a takedown, the release will remain locked and you won't be able to modify it.
If you want to distribute the music again, you'll need to create a new release.
