If your release digital status goes from "In Progress" to "Error", don't panic! These are the reasons it could happen.
Reason #1
The majority of these errors are automatically resolved by our operations or development teams within one business week.
In most cases, any stores in "Error" will return to "In Progress" before being successfully distributed within a few hours.
Reason #2
There could be an issue with one of your tracks. If your digital status is in Error and you have a cover song, go check that cover song as it may have failed licensing.

That means the cover song licensing request has failed. Please submit a request and select "Concern with my Release -> "The digital status is "Error." One of our team members will take a look and guide you from there.
