If any of the stores for your release go into the "Errors" status, don't panic!
The majority of these errors are automatically resolved by our operations or development teams within one business week.
In most cases, any stores in "errors" will return to "in delivery" before being successfully distributed within a few hours.
In the rare case--such as an audio encoding or metadata errors--that we do need your help in order to resolve the issue, then our support team will be happy to help!
If your release is in the "errors" status beyond 1 week, please submit a request and select "Edit a Locked Release" and choose the status "Error" from the drop-down menu. One of our team members will take a look.
